This page explains what information the quote form collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Information collected
When you request a quote, Happy Hippie Yards may collect your name, phone number, email address, property location, property situation, service needs, access instructions, preferred contact method, written description and any photos you choose to upload.
Why it is used
The information is used to understand the requested work, respond to you, decide whether the property fits the service area and equipment, prepare a quote and communicate about scheduling or service.
Property photos
Photos may reveal a home, vehicles, address numbers or other identifying details. Avoid including people, license plates, mail labels, security information or anything unrelated to the requested work. Do not upload images you do not have the right to share.
Form provider
The production package is prepared for Netlify Forms. When that service is enabled, form submissions and uploaded files are processed and stored through Netlify so Happy Hippie Yards can review them. The form should be tested after deployment, and old submissions should be deleted when they are no longer needed.
Sharing
Happy Hippie Yards does not sell quote-request information. Information may be handled by the website or form provider and may be shared when reasonably necessary to respond to the request, comply with law or protect people and property.
Customer photos on the public website
Quote photos are not automatically published. A property or customer photograph should not be used publicly without appropriate permission.
Retention and deletion
Quote information may be kept for follow-up, scheduling, records and legitimate business needs. You may ask Darrell to review or delete information by contacting Darrell@HappyHippieYards.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Children
The website is intended for adults requesting property services and is not designed to collect information from children.
Changes
This notice should be updated before adding analytics, advertising pixels, online payments, customer accounts or another form provider.
