Quote & service notes

These notes explain how quote requests, scope, access, weather and out-of-scope conditions are handled.

Quote requests are not automatic acceptance

Submitting a form, text, email or photograph starts a conversation. A job is not scheduled or accepted until the scope, price, timing and access are agreed.

Photos help but may not tell the whole story

A photo-based estimate may change if the actual condition, size, access, hidden debris, terrain or safety issues differ from what could reasonably be seen or described.

Scope changes are discussed first

Work outside the agreed quote is not automatically included. Added work, materials, haul-off, unusual access or changed conditions should be discussed before proceeding.

Weather and ground conditions

Rain, saturated ground, extreme heat, storms and other unsafe or damaging conditions may require rescheduling.

Access, pets and hazards

The customer is responsible for providing lawful access, securing pets and identifying known hazards such as hidden objects, irrigation, septic components, wires, unstable surfaces, aggressive animals or dangerous materials.

Specialists may be required

Hazardous trees, power-line work, high climbing, major excavation, regulated materials, severe structural hazards, large-scale hauling and other work beyond the equipment or safe scope may require another provider.

The Good Vibes Promise

The promise is a service standard, not an unlimited warranty. If something within the agreed scope appears to have been missed, contact Darrell promptly so the situation can be reviewed and a reasonable next step discussed.
